Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Free Birds pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds policy works:

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  
  
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags.
  
  
• To start a return, please send us a message on our instagram page & we’ll arrange a courier to collect your item.
  
  
• Please note: payment must be completed upon order delivery; if you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps outlined below:

Important Notes

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you right away.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
